Fees and Payment Options
The
basic information provided for each apartment listed on this website is free of
charge to property owners. That basic information includes the apartment name,
address, contact number, and website link. There are also advertising options
available to local apartment owners that will enable them to highlight and
showcase their apartments for people who visit this website. For details about
these options, click here, or on “Our
Services” under the “Property Owners” tab on the main menu. The fee structure
for the different options is shown below.
Site Specials
A special rate is available for property
owners who agree to continue their advertising for a full year – for these
owners, one month will be free (similar to the promotional rate given to renters
who sign a year’s lease).
 There is also special available for those
apartments that advertise in the Grand Rapids Press. If their
advertisement mentions their web address within this website, they will receive one month free!
Service
Fees
The
rate structure shown below has two tier levels: one rate for smaller apartments and a
higher rate for apartment complexes with 150 units or more. There are also set
up fees shown (also with a two-tier pricing). The set up fees will be waived
for property owners who pay for the first six months in advance. Also, if any
apartment owners do not have the ability to take digital photos of their
apartments, we will offer that service for a small additional fee.

Payment Methods
Property owners have two basic payment methods:
Check: You may pay by mailing a check (made out to "Grand Rapids
Apartments") to this address –

Properties that pay by check may apply a five percent discount to their payment.
PayPal: If you would like to pay by credit (or debit) card, you may do so
via the PayPal service. PayPal is a convenient and secure method to process your
credit/debit card payment. You do not need to set up an account with them; you

Payment Terms
Property owners who use the services provided by this website have the option of
three payment terms:
1. Quarterly
2. Semi-Annual
3. Annual
We
do not routinely send invoices, but will gladly do so upon request. When you
arrange the service for your apartment, please let us know at that time if you
would like to receive invoices, either by postal mail or by e-mail.
