Welcome Property Owners!  We’re so pleased that you have visited the Grand Rapids Apartments website and hope that you will enjoy your visit here.  As you can see, the site is a wonderful resource for people who are looking for an apartment in the Grand Rapids area.  It’s also a place where local property owners can advertise their apartment communities and we hope that you will decide to take advantage of that opportunity.

Since our intent was to provide a website with comprehensive information about all local apartments, the basic information is included free of charge to property owners.  That basic information includes:  apartment name, address, phone number, and website link (if available and if known to us). 

However, there are also other options available to local apartment owners that will highlight and showcase their apartments for people who visit this website.  These options are described below.  To view pricing information for the options, please visit the Fees and Payments section.

Your Apartment’s Site within this Website

Apartment owners can create their very own section within the Grand Rapids Apartments website.  Your site can present any and all information that you would like to share with prospective tenants.  That information can include text and photos and layouts and maps (with directions) and an application form – and whatever else you would like to include in your own section.

We have designed a sample page for you to look at to see what is possible; it includes text and photos for a fictional apartment complex – click here to see that section.  This is just a sample.  If you’d like, you can use that format and add your own information and pictures.  You also have the option to create your own pages that look the way you want them to look and include the information that is important to you.  We’re not like other services that have just one standard format, where all apartment listings look the same.  We will work with you to make your presentation unique and just what you want it to be to best represent your apartment community!

You will also have the option to update your apartment information as often as you would like to.  We know that many apartments often run specials to attract new tenants (like a month’s free rent) and you will be able to include those specials on your section of this website.  Also, when rents or other fees change, let us know, and we’ll immediately update that information on your pages.

By Location Page

The basic information for all apartments is listed on the pages in the By Location section of the website.  Apartment communities that choose to advertise with us will also be able to add some information to this primary list of apartments.  To the right of the listed information is a space where you can include photo(s) and/or a small amount of text related to your apartments.  Click here to see a sample page with the options available to you.  These options include:

• two photos

• one photo with a small amount of text

• text only

• one long photo

This feature is included in the cost of the “Your Apartment Site” option and will draw attention to your apartments when people view the lists of all apartments.

Featured Apartments

This option is available for only eight local apartment properties.  The above two services are included in this special service.  In addition to the standard services, eight apartment communities can be featured on the Grand Rapids Apartments website’s home page.  The photo montage on the home page will include one photo from each of these apartments.  As you can see when you visit the site, the name “ABC Apartments” (the fictional sample site) has been typed on the first photo and your name can be displayed in that manner if you would like.  Also, the “Featured Apartments” link on the menu at the top of the page will display the apartment name and link to a photo gallery for that apartment complex.  Within the photo gallery itself, there will be a link to that property’s section within this website (in addition to the link on the By Location pages and the Alphabetical List page).

Additional Information for Property Owners

When you choose the “Your Apartment Site” option, your apartment community will also have its own website address within our site.  You will be able to tell people to visit you at:  www.grand-rapids-apartments.net/your_apartment_name.  This feature will be especially handy for those apartments that do not yet have their own websites.  Also, you will always control the content of your information that appears on this website.  And potential tenants will contact you directly, not call an advertising company or other third party.  Your office will be the number that people call when they want to speak to someone about your apartments.

The Grand Rapids Apartments website has been submitted to multiple search engines on the world wide web, and is prominently featured on several popular search destinations.  Because this website is different from any other internet place, it has become a favorite resource for people who are looking for an apartment in the Grand Rapids area.  Most other sites that provide information about apartments are not locally owned and operated.  And all other similar sites only include information about those apartments that choose to work with them.  For that reason, apartment seekers are often frustrated when they are not able to find complete lists of local apartments all in one place.  Well, they now have that one place to look for a comprehensive list of apartments in the Grand Rapids metropolitan area.  As an apartment property owner, this website is a unique opportunity for you to showcase your apartment community to prospective tenants.
